Who We Are The Roots of Excellent Choice
In La Porte County, Indiana, we wanted to be the premier builder of energy efficient homes. The homes we built were tested & passed to become Energy Star homes. With guaranteed limits on what our customers would pay for their utility bills. Energy Star homes also provides access to larger loans from lending institutions due to the fact that less of a home owner's income will go to fuel bills. These homes are also registered with Indiana state so if tax breaks should become available for energy efficient homes, they are pre-qualified.
We work in La Porte, St Joseph & Porter Counties of Indiana and New Buffalo & Three Oaks of Michigan. Our Policy is to take the burden off of our customers when they have a project they want done. We will advise, but not pressure clients on ideas they are developing. Excellent Choice Comfort Homes Inc. is happy to do small projects as well. We find that many people don't know who to turn to or to trust when they have a home repair or construction problem.
